No. 14 Michigan State has revealed the brand new camouflage jerseys they will wear at the Armed Forces Classic on Nov. 9
No. 14 Michigan State will wear brand new camouflage uniforms when they travel to Germany to face the Connecticut Huskies in the Armed Forces Classic.
For the second straight year, Michigan State will open its regular season schedule with a contest dedicated to the United States Armed Forces. Last season, the Spartans played North Carolina on an aircraft carrier in the Carrier Classic.
The uniforms for the Armed Forces Classic are similar to the Carrier Classic uniforms, however the design is slightly altered. On the jersey, white lettering covers the green and white camouflage which remains consistent throughout the entire uniform. The players' shorts, socks, shoes and even shoe laces are also camouflage.
The Armed Forces Classic will take place Nov. 9 in Germany at Ramstein Air Base, the headquarters for the U.S. Air Force in Europe.
