Announcer assignments released for Outback Bowl, Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl

The announcer assignments for the Outback Bowl and the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl have been announced by ESPN.

On Jan. 1, No. 18 Michigan will take on No. 10 South Carolina in the Outback Bowl, while the Michigan State Spartans will take on the TCU Horned Frogs in the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl on Dec. 29. On Thursday, ESPN announced the broadcast schedule and announcer assignments for both games.

For the Outback Bowl, Mike Tirico, Jon Gruden and Shannon Spake will handle the broadcast duties. Tirico is a resident of Ann Arbor, MI. That game will be at 1:00 p.m. ET, and will also be on ESPN Radio with Carter Blackburn, John Cangerni and Jemele Hill.

For the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl, ESPN will bring out Brad Nessler, Todd Blackledge and Holly Rowe. That game will be broadcast live on ESPN at 10:15 p.m. ETon Dec. 29. It will also be on ESPN Radio with Bill Rasinski, David Norrie and Joe Schad.
