Kansas Vs. Detroit Score: Titans Trail 34-24 At Half

Stay connected for news and updates

The Detroit Titans have made this a bit of a game so far in Omaha, especially on a day where two other No. 15 seeds have already pulled upsets over No. 2 seeds. The Kansas Jayhawks have used an 15-3 run, however, to take control and lead 34-24 at halftime.

The Titans only scored three points in the final 9:04 of the half, but their defense has kept them in it despite the 15-3 finishing kick to the half for Kansas.Thomas Robinson has 12 points for the Jayhawks so far while Tyshawn Taylor has 10.

Detroit got nine points from Doug Anderson, but the Kansas defense has stifled Detroit into 32 percent shooting on the evening. Detroit is also 0-for-7 from three-point range.
