The Big Ten conference will be prominently featured on ESPN and CBS Sports this year, as both networks have announced their TV schedule for the 2012-13 men's college basketball season.
ESPN's schedule includes perhaps the most marquee matchup on paper, as the Michigan Wolverines head to Indiana to take on the Hoosiers on Saturday, Feb. 2. The Wolverines will be back on ESPN just days later on Feb. 5, as they play host to the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Tom Izzo's Spartans will be featured on ESPN eight times in 2012. Michigan State will host Indiana on Tuesday, Feb. 19 -- a game that will be broadcast on ESPN. The Spartans' home contest against in-state rival Michigan will also be broadcast on ESPN, on Tuesday, Feb. 12.
The Wolverines, meanwhile, will be featured on ESPN seven times.
Both Michigan and MSU will be featured on CBS Sports throughout the season as well.
Michigan's first and only contest on CBS will come on Jan. 13, when the Wolverines take on the Buckeyes.
MSU, meanwhile, will be broadcast on CBS Jan. 27, when the Spartans visit the Hoosiers.
The semifinals and finals of the Big Ten tournament will be broadcast on CBS Sports as well.
