It’s not much of a surprise since he took the first-team snaps at quarterback all week, but Drew Stanton will get the start for the Detroit Lions Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Shaun Hill, who was getting third-team reps in practice during the week, will be the No. 2 quarterback. Zac Robinson gets the No. 3 slot.
Also as expected, with Landon Johnson out with a neck injury, Bobby Carpenter will get the start at outside linebacker.
Here are the other inactives for the Lions in Week 15:
QB Matthew Stafford
RB Aaron Brown
OG Donald Thomas
OT Tony Ugoh
LB Vinny Ciurciu
DE Willie Young
