The inactives list has been released for Sunday's game between the Detroit Lions and San Francisco 49ers. It includes some notable changes from Monday night's game. For one, defensive tackle Andre Fluellen is inactive. With Nick Fairley set to play in his second straight game, Fluellen has been made inactive. It appears he is the odd man out of the rotation at defensive tackle.

The other notable thing about the inactives is that guys like Tony Scheffler and Vincent Fuller are out with injuries. Fuller was brought in just last week to fill in for injured safeties like Erik Coleman and Amari Spievey. Coleman is now on IR, but Spievey is set to start on Sunday.
