Detroit Lions defensive lineman Nick Fairley was charged with a DUI over the weekend, but that didn't stop him from practicing with the team Tuesday.
A handful of tweets confirmed Fairley's presence at Tuesday's OTAs:

It's been an eventful offseason for Fairley. In April he was arrested on marijuana charges, and early Sunday morning was picked up on DUI charges. Fairley was also charged with evading police.
Fairley, who played college ball at Auburn, played in 10 games in his 2011 rookie campaign.
