Lions Vs. Browns Score: Detroit Leads 7-0 After One Quarter Of Play

The Detroit Lions opened their 2012 preseason on Friday night hosting the Cleveland Browns at Ford Field, with Detroit taking a 7-0 lead into the second quarter courtesy of a Keiland Williams five yard touchdown run. The rushing touchdown punctuated a brief three play, 25-yard drive that took just 1:08 after the clock.

Matthew Stafford has already exited the game for Detroit after limited work, completing four of seven passes for 51 yards with one interception. Backup Shaun Hill has entered the game for the Lions at quarterback.

Cleveland lost wide receiver Mohamed Massaquoi to a head injury on his first play, as he was hit high on a pass from rookie Browns quarterback Brandon Weeden.
