Stay connected for news and updates

Detroit dropped its fifth straight Monday night in a listless 103-82 defeat to the Milwaukee Bucks. The loss dropped Detroit to 4-18, while the Bucks moved to 9-11.

Pistons center Greg Monroe continued his stellar play, knocking down eight-of-12 shots for 16 points. He added 10 boards to make it four straight double-doubles.

Rodney Stuckey and Tayshaun Prince added 19 and 14, respectively, while Austin Daye chipped in 10 points in 37 minutes off the bench. Starter Ben Wallace logged only eight minutes and recorded three rebounds and no points.

The Pistons hit just one-of-nine three-point attempts.

The Bucks were led by Brandon Jennings’ 21 points, while reserve Mike Dunleavy tacked on a season-high 20. Milwauke hit a sterling 10-of-17 from downtown. Dunleavy and forward Tobias Harris were each two-for-two from distance.

The 21-point victory was tied for the Bucks’ biggest margin of victory on the season.

Next up for Detroit is a trip to New York to take on the Knicks, who have lost nine of their last 10.
