Detroit has three games remaining until the end of the season.
The Detroit Pistons host the Toronto Raptors on Sunday evening at the Palace at Auburn Hills after two days off following back-to-back-back games in the middle of the week.
With three regular season games remaining, the outcome of this game has no post-season implications but could impact the NBA draft lottery position for both teams. Toronto is currently eighth on the lottery list, one game behind Detroit in the current standings. That puts the Pistons in the ninth spot for the lottery so if the Pistons lose out they might jump up a spot.
Forget the future, though, since the current Pistons would like to win a game after losing their last two games and four of their last five. Toronto arrives in Detroit having lost their last two as well, but were able to beat Boston and Atlanta in the two prior games.
The game is scheduled to tip off at 6:00 p.m. ET and will be televised on Fox Sports Detroit.
