2012-13 NBA Schedule: Detroit Pistons Open Season At Home Against Houston Rockets

The Detroit Pistons will get their 2012-13 NBA season underway at home against the Houston Rockets on Halloween.

Despite a poor record last season, the Pistons will have three of their games nationally televised. The first comes on Nov. 16 when the Pistons will host the Orlando Magic on ESPN.

On Dec. 10, the Pistons travel to Philadelphia for a game against the 76ers televised on NBA TV.

The final nationally televised game is on Feb. 27 and will feature the Pistons making a trip to Washington to play the Wizards on ESPN.

Those Pistons fans who want a look at the defending champion Miami Heat will get their chance on Dec. 28 when LeBron James and company visit Auburn Hills.

The season closes for the Pistons with a trip to Brooklyn on April 17.

The entire Pistons schedule can be seen here.
