Red Wings Vs. Ducks Final Score: Detroit Downs Anaheim, 4-2

The Detroit Red Wings wrapped up their four-game road trip on Sunday night with a 4-2 win at the Anaheim Ducks.

A power outage caused a delay midway through the first period, but there was no power outage with the Red Wings' offense. Detroit got goals from Henrik Zetterberg, Johan Franzen and Brad Stuart in the first half of the game to take a 3-0 lead.

The Ducks battled back with second period goals from Saku Koivu and Teemu Selanne, but that was all for Anaheim. Jimmy Howard put together a stellar effort for the Red Wings and made 32 saves, including one where he robbed Bobby Ryan.

Brad Stuart banked in an empty-net goal -- his second goal of the game -- to ice the 4-2 victory for Detroit. The win is Detroit's 11th of the season, and it puts them in sixth place in the Western Conference. Amazingly, they are only four points back of the Minnesota Wild and Chicago Blackhawks, which are tied for first place right now.

The Red Wings will be back in action on Wednesday at home against the Calgary Flames. Later in the week they will take on the Boston Bruins as part of NBC's first ever day-after-Thanksgiving showdown.
