Ndamukong Suh incident to be reviewed by NFL on Monday, according to report

Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh will learn his fate on Monday after the NFL officially reviews his kicking incident.

Already on thin ice with the National Football League for a number of on-field issues over his brief career, Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh will have his Thanksgiving incident reviewed by the league on Monday, according to a report by Jarrett Bell of USA Today.

Just one year removed from his infamous stomp of a Green Bay offensive lineman on Thanksgiving the previous season, Suh is now facing the very real possibility of being suspended once again for making a kicking motion during a game. Though he drew a two-game suspension from the league a year ago on a play that was much more malicious from an intent perspective, Suh's track record is a clear reason why he's meeting with the league in the first place.

"No judgment has been made," NFL executive vice president for football operations Ray Anderson said. "We'll go through the process. Certainly, a player's history is factored in."

Suh's actions have visibly angered a number of coaches and players around the league, and the young defender continues to live up to his reputation as the dirtiest player in the NFL. While it may be plausible that top executives will avoid suspending him in favor of doling out a hefty fine, Suh's history of stepping over the line may force the league to send a clear message.
