The Michigan quarterback continues to extend his school record for total offense in a career.

On Saturday, Michigan Wolverines quarterback Denard Robinson became the eighth player in Big Ten history to pass 10,000 total yards for a career. Robinson, who already owns the Michigan school record for total offense, hit 10,065 total yards for his career in the team's route of the Illinois Fighting Illini.

Robinson passed the 10k mark early in the third quarter on a 49-yard touchdown run that put the Wolverines up 24-0. On the day, Robinson ran for 128 yards and two touchdowns on 11 carries and threw for 159 yards and two touchdowns. On the season, Robinson leads the Big Ten in total offense per game with an average of 317.5 yards per contest. Ohio State Buckeyes quarterback Braxton Miller, who has nearly 300 more total yards than Robinson, is averaging about five yards less per game.

Robinson will have a chance to rack up more yards this coming Saturday when Michigan takes on the Michigan State Spartans.
