College Football Rankings: Michigan State, Michigan Move Up In Polls After Wins
Michigan State and Michigan both moved up in the USA Today Poll and the AP Top 25 after convincing wins on Saturday. Michigan State is now the highest ranked Big Ten team in both polls.

The leading college football bloggers from around the country have weighed in this week, and the Michigan Wolverines were one of the big winners. After taking down Illinois on the road in convincing fashion the Wolverines moved up five places this week from No. 24 to No. 19:
Michigan State held steady this week after a solid win at Iowa all but sealed the Legends Division title for them. Michigan State stayed steady at No. 13, and is the highest ranked team in the Big Ten this week. They are just ahead of Wisconsin, whom they are favored to face in a rematch in the Big Ten title game.
Just like the Week 12 USA Today Poll, Michigan State and Michigan saw their ranking improve in the AP Top 25 following their wins on Saturday. The Spartans' big win at Iowa resulted in them moving up to 12th in the nation. They are the highest ranked Big Ten team right now. Wisconsin and Nebraska are next in line at 15th and 17th, respectively, and Michigan is next at No. 20. The Wolverines beat Illinois in dominating fashion, and although they didn't move up quite as much as they did in the USA Today Poll, they did at least jump back up to 20th.
