Michigan State basketball coach Tom Izzo was trending on Twitter on Saturday night. Initially, I was a bit concerned when I saw his name on the list of trending topics. Since it was a random Saturday in the offseason, my initial reaction was that something bad must have happened.

Luckily, Izzo was trending simply because he was shown on camera at Saturday night's NBA playoff game between the Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs. Here's a picture of Izzo, who was with his son (via @cjzero):

So, why was Izzo at the game? Here's the reason:

Izzo got to see a Thunder victory, as Oklahoma City beat the Spurs, 109-103.
