Brandon Clemons Injury: Michigan State Defensive Tackle Out For Season

Stay connected for news and updates

Michigan State defensive tackle Brandon Clemons will miss the entire season after having foot surgery, reports Diamond Leung of MLive.com:

Clemons had surgery on Aug. 31, just prior to Michigan State's season-opening win over Boise State. At the time, Michigan State didn't give a definitive time frame for his recovery, other than a spokesperson telling the Detroit Free Press that he would be out a 'significant time.'

Clemons is a redshirt freshman who was expected to back up Micajah Reynolds and Tyler Hoover this season and figure into the mix on Michigan State's talented defensive line in some capacity.
