The Michigan Wolverines will attempt to stay undefeated at home when they play the Bradley Braves on Thursday night. It's the last game for the team before the Big Ten schedule begins next week.
The Michigan Wolverines will play their final game before Christmas on Thursday as the Bradley Braves visit Ann Arbor for a non-conference game. The game marks the last game before Big Ten play begins next Thursday with a game against the Penn State Nittany Lions.
The Wolverines are undefeated at home and, according to the experts over at Maize N Brew, it seems that trend will continue following Thursday's night game.
This is a team Michigan should handle easily. Bradley doesn't do anything particularly well other than keeping other teams off of the free throw line. The Braves don't generate extra possessions on offense very well -- their turnover rate (23.1) is very high and their offensive rebounding percentage (29.5) is low. So far this year Bradley has only one won road game and hasn't beaten anyone in KenPom's top 150. They faced Wisconsin a month ago and lost by 23 to the Badgers in the Kohl Center. Forward Taylor Brown might give Michigan some trouble on defense, but the Wolverines should coast against Bradley. Hopefully they cut down on the turnovers a bit.
The game is scheduled to tip off at 6:30 p.m. and can be watched on the Big Ten Network. Considering the team will be off for an entire week, the Wolverines fans should probably catch what's being purported as an easy victory.
