Kyle Meinke of AnnArbor.com confirmed the report with Michigan a few minutes later.
Wormley is a four-star defensive end from Toledo's Whitmer High School who committed to Michigan last July. 6-foot-4 and 250 pounds, it was expected that he could contribute in some capacity to the defensive line rotation this fall. He will now have to wait another year, in all likelihood, to make an impact in Ann Arbor.
