Lawrence Frank's Pistons will try to pick up their seventh victory of the season on Friday evening at The Palace.
Detroit came up short on its home floor against Golden State on Wednesday, 104-97, in a defeat that snapped the team's impressive five-game winning streak at The Palace of Auburn Hills. Despite the loss, the Pistons picked up another inspired performance from rookie big man Andre Drummond, who chipped in 15 points and 12 rebounds. Though he plays sporadic minutes most nights, the 6'10, 270-pound Drummond has hauled down at least eight rebounds in six of his last eight contests.
The Bulls currently sit in first place in the division by a slim margin over both Indiana and Milwaukee, and enter Friday's game fresh after taking down Cleveland earlier in the week. Along with sporting the No. 1 defense in the NBA at 90.9 points allowed per night, the Bulls have won all three of their divisional games on the road thus far in 2012-13.
