The Detroit Tigers know they're going to the playoffs. However, that's just about all they know, as they could still play any team that's made the playoffs except for the Baltimore Orioles. The scenario's somewhat complex, considering there's only one game left in the season. However, both the Orioles and the Yankees could still win the AL East, and both the Rangers and Athletics could still win the AL West. MLB Network researcher Moses Massena broke down the scenarios for the Tigers to face their possible opponents in a series of tweets.
