Lions' Zack Follett Carted Off Field On Stretcher

There was a scary moment in the Lions-Giants game in the fourth quarter. Lions linebacker Zack Follett was covering a kickoff and was hit helmet-to-helmet by New York's Jason Pierre-Paul on a block. Follett went down and was flat on his stomach, not moving. He was put on a stretcher and carted off the field with players and coaches from both teams looking on in shock.

It's unclear if Follett suffered a head or neck injury, but it's worth noting that he suffered a concussion earlier in the season. Again, it's currently unknown what exactly he hurt, but that is something to keep in mind considering it was a helmet-to-helmet hit.

Whatever the case, our thoughts and prayers go out to Zack Follett. He is a great guy, and we all certainly hope he is all right.
