Another week, another game for the Lions without Matthew Stafford.
Just as has been the case the previous three weeks, Shaun Hill will start at quarterback for Detroit, meaning the earliest we will see Stafford as the starter again is next week against the New York Giants.
On a more positive note, wide receiver Nate Burleson said he will play this week. He missed the Vikings and Packers games because of a high ankle sprain suffered on the first play of the Eagles game. He returned to practice today and proclaimed that he will play, which would be good news for the Lions' offense.
In addition to Burleson practicing, Jahvid Best and Louis Delmas also were on the field. Tony Scheffler, DeAndre Levy, Sammie Hill and C.C. Brown were out, however.
