Ann Arbor, MI (Sports Network) - Darius Morris posted 19 points and 10 assists with only one turnover to lead the Michigan Wolverines to a 75-64 victory over the Utah Runnin' Utes in a non-conference clash.
Tim Hardaway Jr. pitched in 17 points for the Wolverines (7-2), who got 11 points apiece from Jordan Morgan and Zack Novak.
Jay Watkins scored 17 points for Utah (6-3), which received 11 points apiece from Chris Hines and Will Clyburn.
Michigan held a commanding 39-22 lead at intermission after limiting Utah to 37.5 percent shooting form the floor in the first half.
Over the final 20 minutes, the Runnin' Utes improved to 51.6 percent shooting, but the Wolverines nailed five three-pointers in that second half to seal the win.
Michigan finished the game with 17 assists against only eight turnovers, while Utah had just nine assists with 16 giveaways.
