Red Wings Beat Canadiens, 4-2, To Snap Losing Streak

Detroit, MI (Sports Network) - Pavel Datsyuk notched a goal and one assist as Detroit doubled up Montreal, 4-2, at Joe Louis Arena.

Nicklas Lidstrom, Patrick Eaves and Niklas Kronwall also tallied for the Red Wings, who snapped a three-game slide.

Jimmy Howard picked up his 16th win of the season with 36 saves.

Travis Moen and Benoit Pouliot scored for the Canadiens, whose three-game win streak was halted. Carey Price gave up three goals on 31 shots in the loss, his first in regulation since November 22.
