Remember how Lumber Liquidators was the lucky company that had its ad showing behind home plate during Jim Joyce's blown call that was replayed over and over and over? Well, the company received a boost on the stock market the next day and undoubtedly had business pick up as a result of having its logo included in something that was replayed millions and millions of times.
↵What did Lumber Liquidators do with the likely added revenue? At least one thing was decide to buy an advertisement behind home plate in Chicago on Tuesday for Armando Galarraga's return to the mound for the first time since the Jim Joyce incident last week. Fittingly, the advertisement read "FOR THE PERFECT FINISH," which probably was no coincidence. Take a look (click to enlarge):
