Details Of What Caused The Lions' CBA Violation

From The Detroit News:

The Lions have forfeited their final two organized team activity (OTA) practices to resolve issues regarding the intensity and tempo of drills.

The Lions settled the issue Thursday with the NFL Management Council and the NFL Players Association.

Before assuming that a player is responsible for ratting the Lions out or something, it's important to note, as the News pointed out, that the NFL randomly looks at tapes from practices. They do this in order to keep an eye on if teams are violating rules of the CBA, and when they are, forfeiting OTAs is usually the consequence, as the Raiders, Ravens and Jaguars have also found out this offseason.
