With the 51st pick of the 2010 NHL Draft, the Detroit Red Wings selected Calle Jarnkrok, a center from Sweden. Jarnkrok's favorite team is actually the Red Wings and his favorite player is Henrik Zetterberg, so I'm sure he is absolutely thrilled with being picked by Detroit.
Via Ansar Khan, here is a brief scouting report on Jarnkrok:
"He's small, but extremely skillful. A very fast skater, very quick moves, good hands -- he's an exciting player, great attitude."
