Demetrius Hart, a 2011 running back recruit from Orlando, Florida, recently cut his list of schools from three to two. Michigan was not only one of the schools that made the cut, but they are actually the clear-cut leader for Hart right now.
↵↵↵Of the two remaining schools, Michigan has pulled ahead by "I would say Michigan is 75 percent," Hart said. Leaving the possibility that he might commit to Alabama at 25 percent.

"I like the area at Michigan," Hart said. "You know I'm from Florida, so I've never really had all four seasons and I like that. I like the fans. They have a great fan base up there. They also have great programs up there, like their business program and that's what I want to go into is business management."
Hart has been up to Ann Arbor once this summer and also visited during the spring game. Michigan has been after him for a couple years, and it sounds like a commit could be coming the next time Hart visits, which could be the first week of September for the season opener against UConn.
↵Auburn was the third school in the hunt for Hart, who dropped them in favor of Michigan and Alabama.
