As a part of the move to bring Jeff Frazier to the big leagues, Scott Sizemore was optioned to Triple-A Toledo.
Sizemore was brought up last week to fill in for Brandon Inge at third base, but with the trade for Jhonny Peralta his services are no longer required. Sizemore wasn’t being much help anyway, hitting just .205 in 117 at-bats this year with the Tigers
