Former Pistons Darko Milicic, Amir Johnson Win Lottery

Okay, so Darko Milicic and Amir Johnson didn't literally hit the lottery, but they might as well have considering the ridiculous deals they got when NBA free agency started a couple days ago.

The Minnesota Timberwolves have agreed with free agent Darko Milicic on a four-year deal Thursday.

The contract is worth $20 million and the fourth year is only partially guaranteed.

Amir Johnson has reached agreement on a five-year, $34 million contract to return to the Toronto Raptors, his agent Kevin Bradbury told Yahoo! Sports on Thursday.

Suddenly those deals Joe Dumars gave Ben Gordon and Charlie Villanueva a year ago don't seem so bad when you consider how little Darko and Johnson have done during their careers relative to the payday they both just got. It's utterly ridiculous how much some players have been overpaid in the last couple of days, and there's no doubt these two former Pistons are right at the top of the list.
