All Lions fans deserve a pat on the back for, well, being Lions fans. It's not easy to cheer on a team that hasn't had a winning season in the last decade, but Lions fans have stuck around through the bad years of Matt Millen and will hopefully soon be rewarded for their support.
↵One fan who really deserves to be rewarded for his support of the Lions is Joseph Paquette, who is showing his dedication to the team by walking from Munising to Allen Park. Munising, in case you didn't know, is in the Upper Peninsula, so this isn't a stroll through the park by any means. In fact, it's 425 miles from Munising to Allen Park.
↵↵↵"It would be nice for Lions fans to get word of what I'm doing so they could come out and walk a mile or so with me to show their support," Paquette told the Mining Journal about his favorite team, which has won just two games the past two seasons.
↵Paquette's goal is to walk 25-30 miles a day, and he estimates that he will complete the journey in 16-21 days.
↵Paquette, a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, is carrying an American flag on his journey, and will be followed by his brother-in-law.

Kudos to you, sir. I'm certainly a devoted Lions fan, but not quite that devoted.
