The Associated Press is reporting that Michigan's final NCAA ruling will be released on Thursday and that the school is very happy with the final outcome.

Michigan's ordeal with NCAA rules violations is over. The NCAA gave Michigan a third year of probation, accepting the school's other self-imposed sanctions, and absolved Rich Rodriguez of failing to promote an atmosphere of compliance.
