Earlier this month, ex-Michigan football player Boubacar Cissoko was sentenced for his role in multiple robberies. Although Cissoko took responsibility for his actions and was expected to serve an amount of time in prison closer to the minimum end of his sentence, that no longer appears to be the case based on this news:
↵↵↵Boubacar Cissoko, 22, who was kicked off the team in October, was charged Friday with three counts of assault of a prison employee, Washtenaw County court records show.
↵Cissoko is accused of assaulting a sergeant and two officers at the county jail on Hogback Road in Pittsfield Township at 8:26 a.m. on July 31, records show.

Luckily none of the employees were injured, but man, how dumb do you have to be to assault not just one, but three prison employees? Although Cissoko's life has spiraled down at an unbelievable rate since last year, his time in prison was viewed as a chance for him to turn his life around. It's now obvious that he wasn't viewing the time behind bars that way, as he will now likely be spending even more time in prison because of his latest mistake.
