Earlier this season, Johnny Damon got some attention in the Tigers' clubhouse for sporting a white bathrobe embroidered with the Olde English D on the front and his name and number on the back. Just like his Tigers home jersey, courtesy of SportRobe.com.
↵Damon soon endeared himself to his Tigers teammates by presenting each of them with their own custom bathrobe, just as he did when he played with the Red Sox and Yankees.
↵But have the robes been seen by the general Tiger-lovin' public? If so, nothing more than a glimpse here or there on a Fox Sports Detroit post-game show? (I haven't seen one personally.) Thanks to internet sensation Will Rhymes, however, we now get a good look at one of these bad boys. At least from the back.

↵↵↵People have asked what the best part of being in the big leagues is. Without a doubt it is my bathrobe.

Without a doubt, indeed. But for roughly $200, you too can drape yourself in custom Tigers-themed bathrobe luxury. I'm thinking of embroidering mine with Max St-Pierre's name and number.
