The Red Wings are in the the Twin Cities today for an afternoon matinee with the Minnesota Wild.
Detroit is coming off a dramatic 4-3 win in South Florida, using Todd Bertuzzi's second goal of the game to secure their fourth straight win. It was Bertuzzi's third two-goal game in four tries. Today, Bertuzzi will be playing in his 1,000th career game. Pavel Datsyuk and Dan Cleary also picked up goals in the win as the Red Wings have outscored their opponents 20-8 during the streak.
Minnesota shut down Anaheim in a 5-1 victory their last time out after dropping their previous two.
