For the second year in a row, the Detroit Pistons missed the NBA playoffs. Instead of spending the next couple months competing for a title, they will be stuck waiting around for the 2011 NBA Draft Lottery, which is set to take place on May 17.
The Pistons finished with the NBA's seventh-worst record during the 2010-11 season. This means the odds of them landing the No. 1 overall pick in the lottery are only 4.3 percent. Their chances of landing one of the top three picks are 15.0 percent.
