Pistons Vs. Timberwolves Score Update: Detroit Leads 42-36 At Half

If this keeps up, the Detroit Pistons are not going to want to leave Minneapolis any time soon. Entering the game having lost eight of nine and losers of six of seven on the road overall, the Pistons hold a 42-36 advantage at halftime over the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Target Center in Minneapolis.

Tayshaun Prince started by missing his first five shots but then made five in a row after that, and he leads the Pistons with 13 points. Rodney Stuckey has come off the bench to add 8 points as rookie Brandin Knight kept the starting spot. Knight is shooting just 1-9 but has contributed with 5 rebounds and 5 assists.

Defense has been the key for Detroit, as they have held Minnesota 13-45 (.289) shooting from the field and 3-15 (.200) on three-pointers.

Kevin Love leads Minnesota with 11 points and 9 rebounds, but Ricky Rubio is 0-5 from the field and has not scored.

The Pistons led by as many as 16 in the first half, when they went up 40-24.
