With Dwyane Wade out, Chris Bosh continues to step up, as the power forward is leading the Miami Heat past the Detroit Pistons 24-17 early on at The Palace of Auburn Hills in Detroit.
Bosh has already netted 13 points -- just four fewer than the Pistons altogether -- and he has yet to miss a shot, making 6-6 from the field. Bosh has also pitched in with a rebound, an assist and a steal.
LeBron James has added five points and three assists, while Rodney Stuckey leads the Pistons with five points, two rebound and two assists after one quarter of play.
Bosh's fast start comes on the heels of a 35-point, 7-rebound game in a win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the Pistons come into this game having lost nine of their last ten matchups with Miami, and things do not look promising.
