On Saturday, the Michigan Wolverines will take on the Michigan State Spartans in what has become an exciting rivalry matchup. However, both teams seem to be going in opposite directions, as the Wolverines are looking to pick up another win, while the Spartans will be recovering from a tough loss. According to SB Nation's NCAA football odds page, the Wolverines are favored to win the game by 10.5 points.

The opening lines say 10.5, and none of the primary odds-makers listed have the Wolverines as anything less than 10-point favorites. There's no over/under for the game just yet, but one can expect it to be high, given the offenses at work here. It's the highest spread since Michigan was favored by 15 points in 2006, according to Nick Baumgardner on Twitter.

Michigan is first in the Big Ten Legends Division at 4-2, while Michigan State is at 4-3 and at fifth in the same division. They're in danger of falling short of their third-consecutive 11-win season, and can't afford to lose another game if they still have their sites set on taking the division. According to the betting lines though, it's going to be an uphill battle.
