Following Wednesday night's game when Miguel Cabrera officially accomplished baseball's first Triple Crown since 1967, the Tigers' slugger sent out his first tweet since the middle of September from his freshly branded Twitter account (@MiguelCabrera), thanking God, his fans, family and Tigers teammates:
It has been a great season, I want to thank God, my fans, family and @tigers teammates, can’t wait for the postseason #tigers
