NBA standings 2012: Winless Pistons remain NBA bottom feeders

The Detroit Pistons at 0-6 remain one of two NBA teams without a win and find themselves looking up at an Eastern Conference that only has five teams with winning records.

It's still early in the 2012-13 NBA season, but that doesn't make the Central Division standings any less dispiriting for fans of the Detroit Pistons, who sit in last as one of only two remaining winless teams in the NBA.

The Milwaukee Bucks lead the division with a 3-1 record, followed by the Chicago Bulls at 3-2. The Cleveland Cavaliers and Indiana Pacers sit tied at 2-4.

Elsewhere in the Eastern Conference, the New York Knicks remain the league's only undefeated team at 4-0. The defending champion Miami Heat also have gotten off to a strong start and lead the Southeast Division with a 5-1 record, their only loss coming against the Knicks.

In addition to the Bucks and Bulls, the Philadelphia 76ers are the only other Eastern Conference team with a winning record. The Washington Wizards join the Pistons as the only other team yet to win a game. Full Eastern Conference standings are below.
