After a devastating loss in Brooklyn, the Detroit Pistons will look to bounce back when they host the Indiana Pacers Saturday evening at the Palace at Auburn Hills. The Pistons are coming off a 107-105 in double overtime loss on Friday to the Nets.
Despite the loss there were some positive signs for Detroit, which is now 7-18 overall on the season. Guard Brandon Knight notched his fifth straight game scoring at least 20 points, with 22, five rebounds and five assists while Greg Monroe added 17 points and eight rebounds. Veteran Tayshaun Prince contributed 12 points and 10 rebounds as well.
On the other end of the court, look for Detroit to try and slow down Indiana's Paul George, who is currently one of the league's hottest players.
On the season George is scoring just 16.5 points per game, but has averaged more than 23 points a game over his last five. Included was a 28 point effort Friday night against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Saturday's game is set for 7:30 p.m. ET and can be seen locally on FS Detroit.
