Pistons Vs. Celtics Final: Detroit Breaks Two Game Losing Streak

Rodney Stuckey had 25 points and Greg Monroe added 22 as the Detroit Pistons used a dominant second half to earn a 98-88 win over the Boston Celtics. Detroit led by only two at the half, but dominated the second half against a short-handed Boston team to get a big road win. Kevin Garnett sat out this game for Boston, with rookie JaJuan Johnson playing much of the game in his place.

Ben Gordon also had a huge night for the Pistons with 22 points off the bench while Tayshaun Prince added 10 points of his own. The Pistons were able to overcome another solid night by Rajon Rondo. The point guard had 35 points, six assists, five rebounds, and four steals. It wasn't enough to overcome a balanced effort by Detroit, however.
