Wimbledon 2012: Brian Baker's Run Comes To An End

On Tuesday, American Brian Baker's magical run at the 2012 Wimbledon tournament came to an end when he fell to Philipp Kohlschreiber in straight sets, 6-1, 7-6, 6-3. Baker had plenty of chances to turn the table on Kohlschreiber but failed to capitalize on his opportunities and will be leaving his first Wimbledon on a disappointing note.

Kohlschreiber converted on all three of his break points, while Baker was 0-5 on his. While Kohlschreiber's serve wasn't accurate on Tuesday, it was effective, as he tallied 23 aces in the match.
