Shaun Hill threw for 227 yards and three touchdowns and Stefan Logan tied a franchise record with a 105-yard kickoff return for a score as the Detroit Lions snapped a 10-game losing streak with a 44-6 demolishing of the St. Louis Rams at Ford Field.

The Detroit Lions sold their remaining tickets for Sunday's game against the St. Louis Rams by Friday afternoon, allowing the game to be broadcast on local television. The NFL granted the Lions a 24-hour extension when 2,500 seats remained as of Thursday.
