Lions rookie defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is expected to run away with the Defensive Rookie of the Year Award, and he might just add a Pro Bowl Selection to top it off.
↵Suh is currently the top vote-getter among NFC defensive tackles, garnering 150,595 votes as of Tuesday. Among NFC defensive players, Suh is fourth behind Clay Matthews, Charles Woodson and Julius Peppers. Suh could pass both Woodson and Peppers in that respect, but Matthews has a fairly sizable lead in first place.
↵Suh leads the Lions with eight sacks, a number which no other player is even close to (Lawrence Jackson, Kyle Vanden Bosch and Cliff Avril are the closest with four). For the year, he has 34 tackles and 11 assists to go along with one interception.
