Mike O'Hara of FOXSportsDetroit.com is reporting that Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh has been voted into the 2011 Pro Bowl. The Pro Bowl rosters for this season's NFL all-star game will be officially announced at 7 p.m., but the news that Suh made the NFC team has already leaked out.
There's no word yet on if Calvin Johnson has been voted into the game as well for the Lions. The expectation all along has been that Suh and Johnson will be the Lions in the game, but nothing has leaked out about if Megatron will be headed to Honolulu with Suh.
Other Lions in contention for a spot on the NFC team are tight end Brandon Pettigrew and kick/punt returner Stefan Logan. Safety John Wendling also has been mentioned as possibly being named to the NFC team as a special teams player. All three of these players are probably long shots, but they are at least in the discussion.
