Despite being 2-10 on the season, the Detroit Lions are a popular draw this year.
The team announced its sixth sellout in seven home games this season, the most since the team sold out all eight home contests in 2007. The sellout means the game will be broadcast on local TV throughout the state.
The only game that failed to sellout this season was Detroit’s victory over the Washington Redskins in Week 8, which only drew about 46,000 fans.
