Ndamukong Suh Sounds Like He Enjoyed Meeting With Roger Goodell For Most Part

Ndamukong Suh and the NFL league office haven't exactly seen eye to this season as the Detroit Lions defensive tackle has been hit with what might be more than his fair share of fines and penalties. All of that will likely change, however, considering Suh and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell met to hash some things out this week.

Suh told the media on Wednesday that it was "a good meeting; I enjoyed it" and that Goodell was "very appreciative" of his desire to meet, according to an article from the Detroit Free Press.

"I'm the type of person that doesn't like to repeat mistakes, and that was the main thing that, more or less, he was emphasizing," Suh said. "I haven't really made any of the same mistakes that I've made in the past and continue to follow that trend, and (I'll) be fine."

Goodell and Suh apparently didn't agree on everything at the meeting, however.

"We looked over (certain plays), talked about them," he said. "We had our opinions about them. Nobody in this world agrees on everything."

Lions head coach Jim Schwartz also attended the meeting, though declined to comment on it.
